I’ve bought two pairs of the Clarks Desert Boots from Amazon. One Dark Brown and the other the original Tan.
I’m very happy with the purchase and with the boots. The fit perfect and bring back fond memories of the 60’s, when I wore them for YEARS. They are as comfortable as I remember.
They bring a smile to my face when I look down at my feet. A very fond smile.
If I had to fault them. . . . . it would be that they are manufactored in Vietnam. Being a Vietnam Veteran I “wish” they were manufactored elsewhere.

Firstly, I love these boots. However, this review is more of a Public Service Announcement:
If you are looking for the “BROWN” style desert boot, e. g. a medium brown that is not suede, do not order “BROWN” listed here. You will get “BROWN SUEDE”, the dark, ugly, painted-sole ugly stepchild of the desert boot family.

I am very pleased with my purchase of Clarks desert boots. they are very comfortable and a good fit. they are a diffacult boot to find in any local shoe store. I had these boots many years ago when you could find good shoes,and boots. A. A. D. Camb. Ma.

Debo senalar k la adquisicion de este modelo se debe a k en las pasadas crhismas fui favorecido con un par igual solo que de diferente color son realmente increibles y muy comodos ademas de ser muy bellos , te dan un toke especial y muy casual, ademas ahora los compre a un valor bastante mas conveniente. gracias Clarks por existir

Got the Desert Boot in Taupe Suede because the seller was out of Beeswax and I must say I’m glad. The Taupe Suede is far more versatile and has a naturally “broken in” appearance. As far as comfort goes I’d give them a 7. 5 out of 10. I never would have thought that I’d like them as much as I do.
