Oh My. Where are my boots? I bought my Chocolate Bronte Los in mid November and still haven’t received them. I received a pair of shoes totally different from what I ordered. The seller insisted that I send the wrong shoes back before sending me the correct order. I didn’t like the way the error was handled. It is their mistake so why do they have to hold my boots ransom? Couldn’t we just send the items to each other at the same time? Apparently not. It’s the end of December and I’m in need of warm boots in this cold winter. This is the worst online shopping experience ever. I should have paid an extra $10 and ordered the same boots from a another seller. I should have gone back to the other seller where I got my Warmbats. It’s 3 days before Christmas, I wished Santa would bring me a pair of brown boots.

I received this boots for my daughter for a travel we made to Whistler, Canada.
They were used only over mild snow for walking in town. After two days they developed an ugly white stain all arround them that won’t come off (like baby powder) .
I wrote to the seller and the respond was: “Oh! we are sorry, you should have treated your boots with water repellent before use”
Therefore, unless you plan to use this boots to walk arround inside the mall, they are not good to serve purpose as boots

I bought these as a Christmas present for my 15 year old niece who has always wanted a pair of UGGS. I figured these would be a nice alternative and what a deal at $40. They ended up being a huge disappointment. By New Years the top of the left boot was already coming apart. My niece takes very good care of her shoes and I can’t believe these boots fell apart in just a week! I am sending these back before she gets stuck with them. I strongly recommend just shelling out the extra cash for UGGS. I have had a pair of UGGS for 4 years and they are still in great condition.

my daugther wanted a pair of emu boots because her best friend had them. She tried her friend’s pair on and fell in love with them. I ordered a pair, of emus from the amazon site but they were from Macy’s. My daughter was so excited when she got them that she wore them immediately. UNFORTUNATELY the smell that came out of the boots and subsequently, her feet, smelled like she was actually wearing a dead sheep, not a pair of processed suede fur lined boots. We have tried everything to make them wearable – various odor control items, powders, etc. I think that we have spent almost as much as the boots cost because she wanted them to work so badly. We should have just shipped them back. I am not sure if she got a defective pair or what could be wrong but be careful.
