My sister got a pair of the brown, size 9 boots. She told me how much she loved them and that they were great in cold weather, blah blah blah. Well, I thought they had to be all right since my sister liked them. I bought size 10 and when I got them they seemed just fine. But when I wore them around campus my feet were going numb. The seem is extremely tight and uncomfortable. Defintiely not true to size. My sister doesn’t have this problem. For the price, I expected better. Needless to say, I will not be buying Skechers again. 2 stars because they’re cute and keep your feet dry, but they hurt to walk in.

I love the look of these boots, they are very cute and warm for cold weather. A problem I have is that they are a little to tight on the top of my foot where the seam is. This part of the boot does not stretch as much as I had hoped. I have a wide foot, high arches and a tall instep. This makes finding shoes disastrous. I love all my other skechers shoes and I took a chance these would fit right too. I am still going to keep them because they are comfortable enough to put on for shorter periods of time like running some errands or going out to dinner and maybe with time they will stretch a little. I will just not wear them if I know I will be on my feet most of the day. I have become accustomed to shoes not fitting perfectly and have just learned to deal with it. If you have feet like me you might think twice before purchasing these boots or at least find them in a store to try on first to make sure you are happy with them.
I also struggle a little getting these boots over my jeans. My calves are on the bigger side and I wear bootcut jeans. The opening does not stretch enough for me to tuck my jeans in easily.

These boots are very satisfactory across the board. Nice looking, but also actually have protection for your foot and a waterproof “shoe” part beneath the knitted uppers. The best feature is that for boots, they are extremely lightweight. Very easy to grab and pull on to run out the door. They are a little bit pricier than I thought they’d be, but now that I have them I’m fine with the cost because the quality is high. They are the pair of boots I reach for first because they’re light & comfortable but functional as well. Got the Blur color – it’s a solid black (not heather) – attractive.

I love Skechers. . . what can i say?! It’s like walking around in your slippers all day long! This style definitely runs very wide but i think it’s part of the design. I put inserts in mine to take up some space & they are more comfortable (i have a narrow foot). The good news is that you can wear an extra heavy sock with them (they aren’t made to be worn in very cold temperatures) & still be cozy. They are structured well. I’m going to order the black too!

These boots look very comfortable, and that’s why I ordered them.
I returned them as the sole was very stiff and awkward to walk in.
