I received this item in a timely manner and the boots were in perfect condition. However, they are very stiff and somewhat masculine looking on. They weren’t for me, but may be perfect for you.

I returned this boot because the ankle area zipper too high therefore didn’t zip closed on my ankle, which is a little wider than normal, but I thought since this is an Ankle boot it would work. Really nice boot though I was upset about having to send it back.

After searching the world over for the perfect brown leather, square-toe, non-stiletto boot under $200 (and returning some from Bandolino and Nine West) I found this. The fit is slightly wide compared to other Anne Klein shoes that always fit me perfectly, but overall, it’s a great boot. Note that the buckle is gold-toned on the brown boot, not silver as the description says.
