This is a great pair of every day boots, one you can wear from 7am until 10pm and do not feel the heel at all. Very well made, sturdy, yet very stylish with jeans, tights & tunic, or mini skirt. I love them & am looking for more from JUMP! Great value for the money! Still, you better not have high arch; you’ll probably not be able to pull them on.

I bought this boot in black, 8M. I usually wear a 7. 5, but JUMP shoes and boots I’ve bought in the past have always run at least a half-size small, and this pair was no exception. Half a size up fits well. There’s a surprising amount of room in the toe-box, which is nice. The heel, which is the same as the heel on the Triptic boots, is just as comfortable and stable in this model. These could use arch support inserts, but after a 9-hour day of medium wear (out and about, but not on my feet at work all day), my feet didn’t hurt. (That is in spite of the fact that the left boot had a manufacturing defect that left a lump of some material under the insole at the ball of the foot. I was worried I might need to send the pair back, but they’re still comfortable. ) One common complaint with JUMP boots is the quality of the “leather”–that it’s thin, can only loosely be described as leather, looks cheap from up close, and scuffs easily–and this pair also has that problem. The buckles, at least on the black boots, are plastic, and occasionally rattle and clank when I walk. The exaggerated tread is on-trend. Overall, I love these boots. They aren’t formal, but they are cute as can be, and the comfort factor makes them well worth their problems.
