These Naughty Monkey Cake Walk booties aren’t really a cake walk. They are really cute and will get you compliments however. Because the opening is not fitted, I do experience some slippage in my heel, but my heel is also narrow. The textured rubber sole in front looks cut and edgy buy also offer a bit of traction unlike many heels whose forefoot is very slick. I put an insole in to add some cushioning under the ball of my foot as there wasn’t much there. Other than the slippage and needing more padding, the suede is comfortable and I didn’t experience any rubbing. They arrived with some light spots as you can see in the photo, where they get rubbed in the box, but that is the nature of suede shoes. I’d recommend these. . . they’re super cute with just about anything: jeans, leggings and dresses with tights.

I love these shoes. The only problem I’ve had is the material they used for the sole of the shoe. It’s this weird spongy stuff that tends to break off. I may look into have that replaced because it’s super annoying. But other then that, comfortable and cute!!
