i love this boots their my favored boots i got this and in black the price is to good to pass just one pair. the shipping was fast.

I paid for and ordered a size 5. 5 shoe. Three weeks later, I received a size 6 which was marked clearly on the box and the bottom of the shoe! I paid ten dollars for shipping costs.
Their return policy says that the consumer is expected to pay the return postage, and I have not yet heard whether or not my money will be refunded.
Amazon. com is great, but I’ll never do business with this company again.

I liked the look of these boots, but the inner lining is very thin and the sole is quite hard. I also ordered the jc boots and I found them to have a thicker lining.

These boots are AMAZING! They are super soft, and the bottoms are durable. They run a little big, so order a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally wear. Forget expensive Uggs, and buy these instead.
