An absolutely gorgeous statement boot!! Unique crinkle leather and rich cognac color is eyecatching and looks top-notch. The thigh cuff can be turned down and reveals a rich super-fine contrasting chocolate suede. These boots are not lined all the way though, only the cuff is comprised of two layers. Sizing is true and not generous, so I would not recommend sizing down unless you have narrow feet. Footbed comfort is OK, and I find a foot petal insole makes them fit perfectly as it prevents forward sliding, and provides a bit of cushion. Comfortable walking if you are used to 4″ heels. Calf and leg fit closely to the leg and the leather has a slight stretch quality to it, which makes them great for average sized legs. I have average sized legs and can wear these with tights or leggings only, thinner legs may be able to wear with skinny jeans. These would not work well for larger sized legs and calves(over 14″). If you’re tired of the standard black leather over-the-knee boot, grab these babies while you can, they are showstoppers!!
