The first thing I reach for in the morning are these boots! They have a very spongy soft sole to walk in and are so warm. They fit me perfectly. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and these are a 9. The calf size is perfect and my foot goes in easily. My calf size at the widest point (where the boot ends) is 13″ and my ankle size is 7 1/2″. The inside insole is starting to get flattened down a bit but that may because I am wearing them too much since December. I never owned uggs so I don’t know how they compare.

purchased on sale, in ’stout’. . . lovely dark brown color. (i wanted the color of mud and these fit the bill!)
i wear a 9. 5 or 10 and i ordered a 10 — they fit fine.
i usually wear them without socks. they are warm and comfortable, lined through out — faux fur i guess — very fuzzy and cozy.
so far, we have had a rather harsh, cold winter (for this area) and my feet stay warm and dry.

i had bought these sorel boots in chocolate. . . at a store in harriman. the woman there told me that they didnt have them in the color toast. . . . so i had came home and got online. . . . and there they were on amazon. . love these boots so much i had bought the ones in toast. . . lovely boot nice and toasty . . water proof and well wourth what i had paid . . . recomend these to anyone stylish boot i may add. . lovely, lovely,lovely. . .

I just received my Sorel Kaska boots today. They fit perfectly and were instantly comfortable out of the box. I am a regular size 10 with longish toes and medium width and the size 10 boots feel like they were made for my feet. I love the Stoat color; it is quite dark, like the rich dark brown of a siamese cat’s points. The shearling feels as soft and luxurious as my Uggs but these boots are less clunky. I like the fur trimmed seams on the shaft and the decorative wrapped cord across the foot. These boots have a bit of a mocassin look to them. I think they’re gorgeous and expect to wear them a LOT. The Amazon sale price made these a great deal!
