Big date, I needed to impress. I needed shoes that had an aura of confidence and sophistication. When I saw the Minnetonka knee high I just knew. I pictured myself right away. . . . camo pants tucked in, my new light blue tank top, and my best cowboy hat, or maybe that little sombrero I’ve been saving for a special occasion. Oh yeah, she was going to melt when she saw me. I hope she can control herself. These moccasin boots spell ALL MAN. . .

I planned on taking her to the nicest place I know. Burt’s Fresh Meat Cafe over off route 59. Catch of the day. . . possum. . . yeah, thats right, I said it. Then, depending on if she can hold her possum, off to the bowling alley. If her skills are good that will determine if the night ends there.

Now, lets review the Minnetonka men’s knee high boot. Took me 20 minutes to lace these bad boys up. Eye hand coordination is not one of my strengths. Very comfortable, felt like a second layer of skin. I ran around the block to see if they made me faster. OH YEAH BABY! I almost went airborne I was so fast. Could not tell how cool they looked yet. I didn’t have my camo pants tucked in yet. Wore cut off blue jean shorts for testing purposes. All my neighbors stared in awe. So far these babies were golden, comfortable and high performance.

I am now ready for my big date. She better not try to foot race me. I am cheetah fast in the Minnetonka knee high boot. These boots will also lessen her ability to run away from me. Had that happen with a couple past dates. Believe me, I have dated some fast chicks. They always got away. . . . till now.

These NRA approved knee high boots allow your Mountain Man to explore his feminine side and look way cute too! Once sold exclusively in Teepee Town stores located off the Interstate in the southwestern US and men’s stores in Greenwich Village (NYC), Amazon has finally made this classic style available to all.

Sought after by Davy Crockett and Village People (Indian Chief) re-enactors, as well as men’s ice dancing enthusiasts from Dagestan, this style lost some of it’s glamour when it was proven definitivly several years ago that Davy Crockett never wore the knee high lace up boot but favored the ankle bootie style instead.

Despite its historically nostalgic aesthetic that has often been referred to as “Tonto-esque”, this boot has many positive features. It is 100% leather, a soft, comfortable suede upper with a sexy fringed top cuff is attached to a not-so-durable double leather bottom sole which allows a “quiet walk in the wild”. This allows the wearer to sneek up behind anyone or anything. This is great for deer stalkers, just plain regular stalkers or practical jokers who like to jump out and scream “booo!”.

The knee height provides additional support and can when laced tight, subsititute for Suphose. Additionally, one can stash one’s Bowie knife, epee or umbrella down the side. Unlacing can be a bit of a bummer in airports but the boot is metal free and will pass quickly through most scanners.

A quick note to Amazon: The “Tan” and “Brown” color buttons appear to be unintentionally switched! Please correct or chaos will ensue and there will be massive returns. I know my Mountain Man will want a boot that matches the rest of his outfit.
