In the size 9. 5W, the boot shaft is 15″ in circumference. I’m no expert, but I’d say that’s a standard size shaft for “normal” calves. I think the boot is very very lovely, but my “plus” calves can’t fit into it! I would recommend this boot for people looking for an average fit in the calf, but not for people with athletic or otherwise large calves.
